CWA scone recipe
3 cups SR Flour
1/2 cup of cream
1 cup of milk
Cut through the dough with a plastic spatula until combined. If you're lucky enough to have one of those amazing kitchen aide things then use that and make me jealous. Flatten dough and cut out scones to your preferred size. I use one of my crystal glasses because after all these years I still haven't bought a scone cutter. Chuck in a hot over, 220-230 degrees for ten minutes. Might be less if you like weeny scones so just check.
Have a fabulous Friday y'all!
